On Wednesday, our old mate Phil Lowe is out giving a big speech in Brisbane. The speech is called the Reserve Bank Review and Monetary Policy. It suggests that does it suggest that Phil might want to have get a few things off his chest? Sounds delicious, doesn't it? I mean, I think we've all had it, both a bit each way on this one.
