PG&E's Role Is to Report Less Leaks, Right?

The company's role is to essentially do this, right? They come in and tell you obvious bullshit based on nothing. In reality, PG&E was giving bonuses to supervisors whose crews had the fewest leaks. So they just reported fewer leaks. We can't live in this version of events. Everyone wants money. We can'e do it.
