How to Motivate a Teacher?

As a teacher, you must find a way to enjoy your teaching. I didn't really like it when i first taught english. And i was using text books and all the old methods. They're also quite boring for the for the teachers. So i found that the story telling method, t p r s, right? I found that method that it helped the students a lot. And i also liked doing it. It was fun for me. As i said, this is my weakest weakness. I really can't handle boredom.
