Is There a One Right Answer?

The challenge between our linear thinking and our wanting to cling to that experience is worse than it was say two years ago. I'm seeing this on teams too with people that are like entrenchment is becoming more entrenched or there's more fear of change. The more reticent people are to change, the more challenging it can be to then continue trying to work things out together. It has helped us have a lot of conversations we've needed to have because we need to have them or there's a more shared language around it.
