What Happens to the Moche?
Around 658, something happens to the moche. It's not quite sure what it is but there may have been a series of mega elninos and droughts in the highlands. And then we have the rise of this mega culture, the wari - based upon the site of wari in the southern hilands of peru. The locus on moche centr shifts from the southern region to the northern region. All those classic pottery vessels aren't made any more.
