We had this amazing piece of research launched at our summit two weeks ago on a kind of ampathy and understanding others. The part where empathy goes wrong is what's called perspective taking which is trying to understand other people. And then there's a third part, which is acting, ando doing something compassionate, helping people. But it's that middle stage of understanding people that people get wrong. It's not about just trying to understand people - it's actually leaning in and arifying them.
