There's a famous moment in the Simpsons where a principal Skinner is caught on an open mic and he accidentally says, "We both know these children have no futures" Avlon: If they lost respect for this court as an institution that decides important cases based on principal, not social and political pressures, there would be a special danger when it overrules a controversial watershed decision like Roe.
