Staffways

Staffways was founded eight years ago and it has a very, it had back done a very deep agile DNA already. So all the principles were already in there because when you create something on the green grass, so to say, then it's going to be the thing that you create. And we started with scrum. So that every team did scrum. And today also, I believe like all of our teams are more or less doing the scrum. Some more by book others being a little bit more flexible. But we want to have this kind of responsibility and ownership with the teams. So we want to kind of dictate the agile model that they have to choose.
