I would probably just reduce my normal routine for a course I do three or four sessions a week of about 45 minutes during my taper. But again I want to drop at 30% 30% or so you mentioned yeah 30 to 40% in terms of the overall volume and again the intensity was capped. And then something with my diet, you know, athletes often ask me how does the diet look going into the taper and you know, I don't like to use the word diet. I just have eating habits or eating patterns and nothing really changed.
