You can look at acquiring a business that's going to improve your current business. A lot of the people i coach are doing exactly that, but they've got different kind of payng points. When you're buying an existing business into what you've already got, that business is going to have products and services and customers that are complimentary to to what you've got. And then thirdly, when you're bolting on another business, you're getting the employees, the good employees, that are coming along with the journey.
