I'm really interested right now in the flex space model. I think that there's just going to be such a need for it. So you can store your stuff, but you can also operate a business out of there as well. The user possibilities are endless and flex. Such as you can do landscaping. You can do a tinting shop. I've had people do bridal makeup in a flex space. There's uses are just so multiple.
