I used to think that there was like this stigma that followed people around if they quit a job too frequently and I've done so much hiring over the last five to seven years. And I have seen that tons of people have left jobs one to two years to three years. Have you personally hired those people? No, I only hire people who have a 10 year, 10 year at their last job. Do you feel like it affected you or just, you just saw it a lot, but you personally wouldn't want to hire or you would see it as a negative thing or you just ended up not carrying that much? What are some arguments against hopping jobs this frequently?
