Challenging Bureaucracy in Universities and Supporting Students with Unpopular Opinions

This chapter explores how bureaucracy within universities sustains itself through cases and controversy, hindering improvements for students with unpopular opinions. It suggests that incentivizing positive change through choice and imposing costs for campus anti-Semitism can encourage universities to improve conditions.
