The antithesis principle keeps coming up in all sorts of scenarios. It is not in your best interest to be the kind of person who can only learn from entertaining content. Great people will wantto work for great managers, so you should try to do that. But if you are looking for a role, especially once you've reached a certain level and a certain level of proficiency in your craft, in your profession, you should actually not make having a great manager one of your top criteria.
