Stress Is the 21st Century Tobacco
U.S. is one of the most highly stressed countries in the world when you rank countries by subjective indicators asking people how stressed they are. So I would say stress is the 21st century tobacco. It's really the major factor that kills us through a lot of, we have to dissect the, what stress does to the body. Mostly it produces a lot of inflammation. A lot of cellular changes that produce a lot of conditions and diseases that lead us to an early grave.
