How to Use Kubernetes to Support Your Organization's Evolution

At a small scale it just doesn't make economic sense to have any person on your small team knowledgeable enough to take advantage of kubernetes. We're trying to kind of fractionalize that that after support um you know to just support their evolution and still be a somebody in the company. I'm even thinking about mandating boundary also so that we can provision access on this kind of hive mind approach.
