ADHD Social: The Community for ADHDers

ADHD social is the community for ADHDers it's a place where you can find friends. I was more comfortable sharing my ADHD diagnosis with 50,000 people than with my employer at the time. A lot of people just aren't comfortable having that conversation they're not the door is not open to have that conversation at work right now and yeah it's not it's not good. And on that note I do want to shift and talk about the book that you wrote and it's called a hidden force and I just want to hear all about it.
