If you feel like that market is slow and not growing, I would say move your money. The Southeast is growing rapidly as the population moves into that area. Certain areas like Idaho, Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas are exploding right now. As people move there, they need places to live. So I would recommend that you look into where businesses are moving,. Try to get ahead of a very big plant, and then provide housing to the workers.
