And like me, so many of us weren't able to properly say good bye to our loved ones because of covid. When we acknowledge that there is a real problem, we can get resources to solve those problems. Like more mental health funding, being able to change our broken mental health care system.
Psychologists are worried that "trauma" is losing its meaning. A trauma survivor says they shouldn't be.
