Is It a Candidate to Be Certified?
There should be minimum criteria by which something has to pass before it gets to promoted. The problem with that is, anybody can promote their own. There's no point in putting a ton of process around something when you don't have that. And there are some things that are going to cost money for the business to do. That isn't all data in an organization.
