The Minimum Salary Expected by a Recruiter

You have to be prepared though because once you have that initial conversation with the recruiter, they're going to ask you in that conversation what your minimum salary expectation is. So depending on your field, I give ranges of about $40,000 when like a really wide range when I quote my target compensation. And then as we go through the interview process and we learn more about each other and the value that we can add to each other's lives, we can narrow down that target further.
