Do I Need to Tell a Patient?

Telling a patient you need to will almost always create resistance. We may get occasional acceptance, but it won't feel good for either person. And do it enough, and the patient may speak with their feet and not return the practice. So what is my approach? I have a couple of things i found useful: First, i speak to patients in terms of things that have happened to other patients with imilar conditions. Second, i always use inteol photums.
