How to Turn Off Access Keys

The opera web browser, back when I did my research, for the access keys, they actually had a toggle. You pressed a toggle and it said, now the access keys are activated. But that's effectively like you're opening a menu,. Yeah, sure. Well, you're activating the access keys so you can work quicker if you've done it the right way. That would be the same thing as clicking on menu and then having a list of the menu items under. As long as that is teachable, that could be one way to go.
