The Hoover's and the American Post War Order

Hoover is a Quaker orphan kid and his dad had run an agricultural implements shop in the Midwest. He goes to this new school that's starting on the West Coast called Leland Stanford Junior University. It's like if Elon Musk, you know, decided to like set up his new college or whatever today. Hoover enrolls as part of the first class in this free and coed, very modern institution.
