If you were worried about Patrick Kane coming to Toronto don't because if he was trying to audition to come here that was a perfect game as to why you cannot acquire him. The more I think about it the more it does make sense for him to just re-sign there next year get that hip surgically repaired and then get traded next year. There seems to be a certain faction of media and fans that are kind of like trying to publicly will it to happen and he'll be like oh can't it run okay even though there's no evidence that they're even thinking about it listen at the beginning of the season it was presented as something that could happen but right now it's not
