Kelsey: Deal making is an underrated skill in the world of e-commerce. That was something that I when I was CEO I did not realize how little I knew there and how important it was. The thing that was all learning for me was like we have a platform. Our head of customer service can drop everything and go solve problems. We can put a guy in an airplane and he can go clean out of a warehouse in Texas on two days notice. And so for us, we're farther ahead than most. But I think everybody has some advantages.
