The flight crew completed their pre-start activities 40 minutes before the scheduled departure. The first officer said it looks like it's going zero zero out here and zero zero is a term that a pilot may use when taking off into low instrument flight rule conditions. At 139, the captain requested flaps 20 to begin the takeoff checklist. They completed six items and then had a discussion with the ground controller about their position. About 30 seconds later, the first officer said, guess we turned left here. And then they thought at this point they were on Fox trot now.
