One of my favorite practices that i start with every day is the morning calm. This is an extended cadence breathing practice with short breath holds, anywhere from about five seconds to about ten seconds. Thei extended types of breathing patterns hum gets you down to around five breaths per minute with a short breath acouple of things that we're really doing here, were really priming the nervous system. It's for resilience throughout my day. Next thing i do is i am monitoring with han my work out every morning.
