The Number One Importance of Surviving
The number one way we try and avoid any situation is to think more about it. Our brain n't care at all whether we're productive or happy or anything like that. That's not importnt. We need to continue our human species, you know, along without that t doesn't happine. And so this idea of stepping into that space between stimulus and response, which, by the way, is just like a muscle. Practise and repeat, rinse and repeat, and you will notice it coming up more readily. Every one can practice being more present in their lives,. Just build up their short term memories they'll be more likely to be aligned with the person you're wanting to
