Eilah S2400 vs. EMU SB1200
Eilah Instruments' S2400 is based somewhat on a famous EMU SB1200 and I have the original SB as well. It's not just the sound of the machine, although it's somewhat gritty but there's more to it than that. The sliders can change pitch and level and could be set up to do multiple pitches. You get a sense of those aliasing artifacts that are basically different on each pitch. Very familiar and that makes the box a lot of fun straight out of the gate.
