My one of my goals is to really, i think, try and find ways to work with people for as long as we can. As i truly believe that restaurants that are not trying to get better every single day are inherently getting worse. And so not only is my role to try and grow the business and grow the people we're working with, but it's also to go back into the restaurants that we already have and try and keep pushing them forward.
