Most terrible cyclonic storms have in the past have occurred in Bangladesh in Bengal so it's the entire eastern coast of India even Tamil Nadu etc even Sri Lanka typically that bears the brunt of these regular cyclonic storms. There is something called a hurricane season in the US it's always on the east coast, mostly often in the Gulf of Mexico and you can actually kind of predict how weather will change over time if you have enough data. The question is then you to apply first principles thinking i'm doing this in real time now yeah i'm not thought this through.
