Do You Know How to Get Your Lats Tight?

A lot of people i've seen hafe this issue, and you ll em it's their lats. And then there they don't consistently train the lats. So some days it may be vertical poles, some day horizontal poles. Doesn't falkin matter. Just train your lats. Then the next thing thas gong to happen is witch exercise. That's not what this is for. This is for the technical and m being able to push with more explosive force, with maximum force.
