I just I think you cannot separate colonialism from any industry if we look at the global production system that's pretty obvious isn't it. As a person of colour working in the industry does it make it worse dealing with the pressure that the industry throws on particularly young creatives trying to start out? There are very few routes like access routes into these industries and it's still rely on specific families that have enough money to like send their kid to a specific school or do an internship for free for 10 years, which is classist as well then. It's just got so many barriers to entry because you if you think about interning at some of these supposedly glamorous places you get paid so little.
