The Tippler Cylinder: A Time Travel Device

John Tider is the internet's first, maybe only, but it's certainly the most famous time traveler. He made predictions that people heavily subscribe to and then looking back, you can really apply those to modern events like helicopters and airplanes. The technology was supposedly based on the work of Frank Tippler, who was responsible for the Tippler cylinder - hypothetically a mode of time travel.
