The Advantages of Working From Home

Working from same location has a lot of benefits in which I think we should not disvalue it. In person interactions and dialogue as my pre-innual submission just provides a very good context for brainstorming, iterative activities. It also provides a very strong company culture because when we are together, so then we have also a humanity that is a bit difficult to maintain the same quality of humanity when we are working remotely. So I think there are many advantages but I agree also that just back to the question that the audience has that okay, now how can we facilitate to come back to office again?
