House Hacking

You have to look at your local state or local state landlord laws about how you're getting people in. Most places will allow one to two person for bedroom. Don't get greedy or you shouldn't have 25 people living in there like when you were growing up. It was pretty challenging but as a if you are starting out house hacking, it's a great strategy but you have to be careful not to get over greedy with it. You just do it right and you're going to be fine to do it again next year and next year and repeat again.
