INFJs - Is There a Way to Express What's Going On?

I love the INFJ personality type and I love my mom. They have unique circumstances and unique pain points though. Because it's so difficult to put language around what's going on, it makes it really difficult for people of this type to express what's happening. So they end up not talking about it anymore. And then they miss out on the fundamental human desire, which is to be understood. We wanted to go through and kind of explain to people, first of all, who are INFJs, give them some language for what’s happening.
