The Story of the Submarine

The last time anyone sees Kim baseli alive is when she meets Peter matson at the harbor. Eight hours later, a she's not returned and hasn't contacted anyone. Later that morning, authorities are called out to rescue a man whose personal submarine was sinking. The police question the forty six year old inventor as an inventro pnor.
