I think I actually think that comparing translations, obviously for people reading the Bible in English is just a good study technique. And I think poetry is one way it can really pay off. One place you see that is in Isaiah 5'7. It's a well-known word play where the prophet is expressing God's disappointment over not finding a just society in Israel and Judah.
