The Importance of GradeNorming
I think grade norming is super important. It definitely always feels better when you are in a situation where it's like, well, I have the backing of four other people. And my hope and what has kept me in the classroom for so long because I've had many reasons to walk away from it. But I've stayed because I want to be a part of the movement of educators that bring transformational learning to our young people.
