The Neuroscientific Definition of Consciousness

Lambda's interface prevents it from deviating from turn taking. It doesn't have to actually respond to what you said, but there is deliberation going on in the system. So wakeful consciousness requires a constant internal conversation. I think we need both. You have to look at it from both how is it behaving and what's happening inside of it. But even still. This is not the fourth pillar of mental function.
