The Church Is the Ground Sacrament, Dispensing Grace
The church is the ground sacrament, dispensing grace, right? And so to be a part of the church is to be an elect. But then they also make this wonderful distinction. The protestant reformation separated faith as a personal interior act from a confessing ecclesiole act. So not living a faithful life,. which is actually worth the word in hebrew, faith, whenever you translate, is faithful riht. It becomes more just my personal trust in god than we need to have.
