What Is Carboniferous Carbon Bearing?

In the mantle of the earth, there are presumably convection currents and convection cells. And those convection cells gradually move around as a result of fluid motion in the centre of the earth. That's presumably why the magnetic field of the earth moves around. How come oil is deposited in arctic regions? Oil is deposited everywhere. If so, how much oil is there in the world? It's a difficult question. You know, because, you it could be that there is oil, but it's much deeper or more enmeshed with rock.
