The Power of Narrative Versus Story

Most of the narratives we think we have freely chosen are just large forms of manipulation. A creative minority is aware of the power of narratives, and so they are committed to live by a compelling alternative narrative. Socultru change then happens, not by random individual stories of authenticity, but by rative shifts and claims backed up by carefully crafted stories. The overton window is actually a theory of political change that asks how does something that seems absolutely radical and impossible move into the point of legislation?
