The first courses i did were live. And then over time, i started syndicating the luncheon learns into um on line, so we would record with a web cam as well. So i was doing all these trainings. I had kind of written a book to support the training,. Because when you create a course, if you're doing a good job of it, you have a framework and thought leadership. Turning that into a bunch of words is actually the easy part, in my opinion at least.
