Is It OK to Rest a Little More?

In general, people don't stay at rest long enough. In my experience, there are exceptions. Eric Hors has a great one, which is a moderate rest, one minute and a really good rest four minutes. When you get to that jackpot, like four minutes is awesome. If you're doing a max effort, you take three to four minutes.
