Simon: I think sometimes we can feel a little bit on the back foot and a little bit sort of disempowered by these presentations because you come to assume that you're going to be able to identify something. So yes, Alan, I think that's really interesting about that sort of delayed presentation. And I think the serum testing of paracetamol is a pretty unique circumstance in poisoning where it makes such a big difference what those blood levels show.
