Quantum Metric - What's the Key to Driving Results?

Quantum metric helped one of our retailers. They were able to see on the product detail page that customers were really lumbling with a feature at the top of the page. The winning experiment was of course those two filters were on the far left. And customers were engaging with them so much more and it ended up being like over a million dollar kind of win, which is great because it's just two buttons, two dimensions right on the filter. But I think understanding where customers are struggling and then how to improve that all add up to making a better customer experience.
