There's a lot of family business and stuff where they wished that other people weren't involved The way that the tracks have been run It's not you know, I mean international speedway was a penny. A lot of them had super voting chairs um obviously they have deals with the Boards that award the races or stuff Obviously international speedway the family controlled was pretty much controlling nascar and international speedway same family and it wasn't good for shareholders outsiders.
